Industrial Production Quality Control Of Bromine Products System Research

Following social progress, quality management plays a more and more important role in many industries. The major comment of this paper is the design of quality control system of industrial bromine productsIn the last twenty years, bromine industry has made rapid progress home and abroad. According to survey, most enterprises in our country adopt the technology of jointly producing salt and bromine products. The bromine output is 160000t/a, which accounts for about 18 percent of the world total output. The bromine manufacturing enterprises are usually rather small in size and the product quality is unstable because of the deficiency of quality management, so our government implements the administrative licensing system, for the purpose of ensuring the bromine quality.We found one set of problems after the investigation of manufacturing technique and quality management, for example:lack of quality and safety awareness, unreasonable organizational structure, lower field and progress control, maintain work is not in place, orderless purchase, deficiency of inspection technology, the critical control point is out of control,etc.Drawing lessons from advanced management thought and new management theory(the theory of management knowledge, quality management system, management innovation etc.),using the method of process and performance appraisal, referring to the standard requirement,we design this quality control system of industrial bromine products, for the purpose of improving the level of quality management and the reduced management cost. In this control system, we raise one set of claims to the bromine enterprise, for example, organization and administration, managerial system, assessment method, equipment management, human resource management, process control, control of purchase, quality inspection, enviromental protection,safety management,etc.In the last of this paper, we made an evaluation analysis to the quality control system of industrial bromine products from the view of reliability, validity, running cost.
