| With the development of World natural heritage tourism, we have been focusing on how to coordinate the relationship between protection and tourism development, which has given birth to unavoidable contradictory. To bring community participation into the development of heritage tourism is a most important content to keep sustainable development of World natural heritage. At present, the necessity of community participation has been put forward in research both at home and abroad. However, it still lacks of deep and detail discussion about feasibility and maneuverability of implement in theory and in practice. Nowadays the research on world heritage tourism, which is from the point of stakeholders and based on community participation, is still at an embryonic stage.This paper creatively brings stakeholder theory into the research on World natural heritage tourism development and management, investigating community economy background, actuality of tourism management and community requirement through questionnaire and interview in Wulingyuan World natural heritage, after summing up interrelated study. The writer pays attention to local residents,which is the most important part of heritage stakeholders, and conclude some central stakeholders as government, investor and tourist. We should encourage local residents take part in the development and protection of World natural heritage, making the harmonious relationship among all the stakeholders on the base of understand of their different benefits and common mission. And the paper tries to provide some feasible project to promote the local residents participate in Wulingyuan tourism development and decision-making actively and effectively.Theoretically speaking, stakeholder participation in the community for the world natural heritage tourism development will make some effect. But in practice if it is truly effective, how to ensure if it is effective is the content to further research in future. |
