| World heritage is a rare property which can not be replaced in human beings. It is a valuable tourism resource and has a strong attraction for tourists. Wuyishan is one of four world's natural and cultural heritages in our country. During the 30 years of tourism development, number of tourists from 3.8 million to more than 560 million in Wuyishan. With the boom development of tourism, community residents in heritage increasingly take part in tourism.This paper studies dynamic mechanism of community participation in Wuyishan world heritage tourism by survey and data collection. Community participation has five dynamic elements, including the demand factors, supply factors, the interest factors, awareness factors, and government factors. These dynamic elements promote community participation together, and at the same time they receive feedback of dynamic from the development of community participation, creating a healthy circulatory dynamical system. The paper also analyses key stakeholders of community participation and makes out their effects. On this basis, using expert advice, quantitative and qualitative research method study the development model of community participation in Wuyishan world heritage tourism. Mainly from the breadth of community participation, the depth of community participation and the awareness of the community participation set up the standards of community participation stage and set targets for each standard. According to the standard of community participation stage, Wuyishan world heritage tourism is divided into two stages two phases, "the initial stage-the growth stage (rapid growth period-turbulent period)". At present, Wuyishan community participation is in turbulent period. And it summarized for each stage and each phase performance characteristics, namely SSL mode, MSH mode, and MDH mode. At the end, based on the actual situation of Wuyishan community participation proposes development advises in future. |
