This paper is dedicated to the research of the relationship among the perceived organizational support, psychological empowerment and job performance of the employees in Chinese enterprises. The theoretical framework and hypothesis are based on the previous studies of the three factors, conducted a questionnaire survey for the data. The survey result confirms the theoretical framework and hypothesis.SPSS 17.0 was used as the main method to analyze the collected data, in descriptive statistical analysis, reliability analysis, factor analysis, and correlation analysis. Also, the medium function of psychological empowerment was proved through the regression analysis. As is demonstrated in the analysis, among the employees of enterprise, the job performance is likely to be affected by their perceived organizational support and psychological empowerment; psychological empowerment also serves as a positive medium variable between perceived organizational support and job performance. Therefore, I came to the conclusion that enterprises may improve the corporate performance by finding ways to improve employees'perceived organizational support and psychological empowerment. The innovation in this paper is the using the psychological empowerment as a medium variable, so as to emphasize the relationship studies among the perceived organizational support, psychological empowerment and job performance.
