Research Of Building Network Training Evaluation Systems Of Air Traffic Management

As the rapid development of the air traffic management and the introduction of new technology and equipment, the system training of air traffic management has been held widely and the significance of the training evaluation become more and more obvious. Right now the research mostly focuses on the effect of the training and less on the period before and during the training in China. The research of training evaluation aiming at the characteristics of air traffic management is hardly available.This thesis illustrates the general conception of the training evaluation, evaluation matrix of training needs, CIPP evaluation matrix and Kirkpatrick's evaluation matrix trough literature research; It anatomies the situation and characteristics of air traffic management system industry, employers and training, and explores the problems and reasons of air traffic system training evaluation. Combination of the theory research and practice analyses, it puts forward new air traffic management system training evaluation based on CIPP matrix and Kirkpatrick's matrix which plants the evaluation into every aspect of training and clarifies the subject and duties of training evaluation. At the same time, it constructs training evaluation cycle feedback mechanism and the training evaluation index system which combines procedure with arrangement and quantity research with quality analyses. It improves the training through improving the quality of training evaluation, and satisfies the development needs of human resource,industry construction and security management finally.This thesis is an explosion and innovation of the air traffic system training evaluation. The researcher believes that it is helpful for individual work and the development of department which the researcher works with. And other air traffic management units also apply these theories illustrated here.
