Enterprise training management is an important component of human resource development,the domestic many enterprises are to carry out various forms of training work,the effect of the training has been focus on enterprise human resources development,is also the modern enterprise training management work need to be addressed in the study of a major issue.So training evaluation should be to be born,training evaluation is a key link in the whole training work,is to train skills essential to managers,is an effective tool to test and improve the training quality.Enterprise training assessment should,from the perspective of the training the whole process of project evaluation,to get a comprehensive training program of real data,effectively improve the problems existing in the training program implementation.This topic will focus on Tianjin mobile communications training evaluation for further refinement to explore,break through the traditional only in view of the single linear evaluation after training,clear be evaluated object,according to the students,trainers,organization and service of three main phases to carry out the assessment,from the main body of evaluation,development stage,ease,effect and so on multi-angle setting each index evaluation standard and methods.By organizing training collection evaluation data,the assessment model validation evaluation conclusions.The multidimensional and hierarchical level assessment,not only can analyze training on personal and corporate earnings,can constantly discover and resolve the various problems in training organization and management,and other various training implementation process,improve the overall level of the enterprise training work.In this study summarized the theoretical study and implement training evaluation at home and abroad,on the basis of combining with the characteristics of enterprise itself and customization of training evaluation model,for the enterprise training evaluation of theoretical research and practical operation provides a new method and train of thought.Results of the research will colleagues for other domestic enterprises engaged in the work of training management and scholars interested in research and training evaluation provides a certain reference.
