Research Of Training Models Of Traffic Industry

At present the rapid development of China's traffic industry has initiated tremendous demands for talents. Traffic industry training is the foundation of traffic industry development, an important component part of human resource management and strategic and systematic project. Emphasizing human resource management and realizing sustained traffic industry development has become the management concepts held in high esteem by traffic industry. Through training the overall level of personnel's quality will continuously be improved, the productivity will effectively be increased, and the benefits and efficiency of traffic industry will be improved. However, the key to success or failure of training depends on the choice of training models. Different training models results in different training effects. Good training models links up training theories and practice, promotes theoretical improvement and practice development. This topic studies the newest advance of training models of traffic industry at home and abroad, tries to find the training models fit for the development of China's traffic industry and provided effective methods of improving the training quality.The research methods of questionnaire,comparison,systematic study,case analysis,qualitative and quantitative analyses are used in this paper. The problems of traffic industry training are found through the investigations and analysis of current personnel's training situations of traffic industry. This paper begins with explanations of training model connotation of traffic industry and studied in contrast training models of traffic industry at home and abroad. Integration with the own characteristics of traffic industry,stages of development and different trainees, three training models are recommended and fields of indication conditions,implementation problems which should be noticed and guarantee measures, etc are expounded for the reference of personnel's training of traffic industry of different levels.
