Toward An Environmental Tax System With Chinese Characteristic

As China's economic development, ecological environment has been destroyed, how the economic development while protecting the ecological environment is an urgent the problem need to solve. It is the developed road after pollution of the developed country in the past years.In the first chapter, the author think that China must make the economic developed while protecting the ecological environment.
