An Empirical Study On The Investment Structure Of Tertiary Industry In Shijiazhuang

Despite industrial structure in China continues to develop in the direction toward reasonable, tertiary industry is still lagging behind. The proportion of GDP is far below the level of developed countries, it's aslo lower than the level of developing countries.Tertiary industry in the city of Shijiazhuang is developing fast.2001-2009, the tertiary sector in the city of Shijiazhuang, has remained more than 10% of the growth rate of GDP, the proportion of tertiary industry accounted for nearly 40%. So to speak, the development of tertiary industry has spurred the economic growth in the city of Shijiazhuang. Compared with other cities, we have found that the low level of tertiary industry, the internal structure of the low level of investment, unreasonable investment structure, have contributed significantly to the low level of development of tertiary industry in the city of Shijiazhuang, which inevitably affect the level of economic development in the city of Shijiazhuang. In this paper, we will analysis the investment structure in the city of Shijiazhuang, then find ways to optimize investment structure to enhance the development of the tertiary industry in the city of Shijiazhuang.The paper will start with the tertiary industry structure, analysis the level of development in Shijiazhuang,which is compared with the situation of the whole country, Hebei province and other cities. As the investment structure affect the industrial structure, we will study the investment structure in various sectors of tertiary industry in the city of Shijiazhuang; then analysis investment structure how to affect the level of development of tertiary industry; at last, point out problems of investment in the tertiary industry.We have obtained the following conclusions through the study of the investment structure in the tertiary industry;The reason for the low level development of tertiary industrial is irrational investment structure, it also does not achieve the desired results. The proportion of investment in traditional sevice industries is higher than the modern sevice industries, such as, finance, real estate, information transmission, computer services, the proportion of investment is far below the national average.The total investment of the tertiary industry is obvious to economic growth in various industrial; meanwhile, the greatest impact is the health, social welfare and social security sector; transportation, storage and postal industry is not strong to pulling the growth of the tertiary industry.
