Study On The Key Influence Factors Of University Technology Knowledge To Enterprise Successfully Transferred

In this thesis, considering the difficulty of university technical knowledge transfering , the factors which influenced the university technical knowledge that will be transfered to the enterprise were summarized, the total number of factors are 22. Another two new factors were found through the analysis of the case that university technical knowledge of Zheng Zhou city transfered to the enterprise, those are academic accumulation and school-enterprise relations resource. The first 16 factors were selected as the key factors through the method of expert analysis and the qestionnare which were used to analyze the importance of each of the 24 factors . Explaining structure model was established for the key factors to analyze the relationship between each factor. Through model, the fifth rank factors which include the school-enterprise cooperation experience, academic accumulation, college types (subject type and the level), enterprise theresearch and development ability, the developers character, and the fourth rank factors which include the government's policy support and differences between knowledge structure can be clearly knowed and are the lowest factors. These are the root factors. The second rank factors which include School-enterprise between the trust, enterprise cooperation intention and the funds for research funding intensity are the direct key factors that directly influence university technical knowledge that will be successfully transfered to the enterprise. The enterprise cooperation intention of the second rank factors,the communication between school and enterprise of the third rank factors and the school-enterprise cooperation mechanism of the fourth rank factors is the main factor of the second,third and fourth rank factors. Others are indirectly influencing the university technical knowledge that favorably transfered to enterprise through the direct factors. It is thus that the university,the enterprise,and the government should adopt measures according to these root factors and direct factors and the relationship between the main factor of each rank factors to improve the effective of university technical knowledge that successfully transfered to the enterprise.
