Research On The Influence Factors Of Formation Of Innovation Network Of University-industry Cooperation

University-industry cooperation innovation network was an institutional arrangement between market and hierarchy whose nature was long-term and stable cooperative relationships and links among innovation subjects such as enterprises,universities,research institutions,government institutions,agencies and financial institutions and the links which were rooted in institutional,social,and cultural environment of certain area.These links came from every stage during the technic innovation including scientific research,technological innovation experiment,product commercialization and industrialization.In essence,formation of university-industry cooperation innovation network was establish linkage between innovation subjects which were not linked to others or had unstable and short-term partnership.Based on levels deconstruction of embedded,the paper built a "cognitive embedded-organizational embedded-social embedded" cross-level theory model and identified the core nodes,links and sub networks of innovation network.By analysised the procedure of constructing the industry-university-institute cooperation innovation network,the paper argued that cognitive embedded,organizational embedded and social embedded can influence the raising of innovational partnerships by two intervening variable effects which were trust and cooperation.Through expert interview method,questionnaire method and quantitative analysis method,this paper found that there was correlation between cooperation relationships and the independent variables including the cognitive embedded,organizational embedded,social embedded,cooperative behavior and trust.And also the structural equation model analysis figured out that cognitive and social embedded did not effect on formation of relationship directly,but they did have indirectly influence on the relationship under the impact of intermediary variables which were trust and cooperation behavior as well as organizational embedded had directly and indirectly effect on the formation and stability of cooperative relationship.In order to improve the construction practice of industry-university-institute cooperation innovation network,this paper argues that can follow these instructions which were changing the expectations and reshaping the mission consciousness of the innovation subjects on the angle of cognitive embedded,establishing aspirations mechanism and the interest coordination mechanism,practicing cultural innovation and organizational structure innovation on the angle of organizational embedded,and at the same time supporting and improving the development and management of technology and financial agencies and accelerating and furthering legislation and reformation of the management mechanisms.The purposes of this paper were enriching the content of research on embedded theory and innovation network research and at the same time helping practices of cooperative innovation network building and improving the innovation system.
