Research On The Influencing Factors And Promotive Countermeasures Of University-industry Cooperation Innovation Performance In Jiangsu Province

Jiangsu Province is advanced in education, science and economic in our country, there are a lot ofUniversities and research institutes with high level, and there also have a large number of excellententerprises with strong ability in product development and process design. It laid a good foundation forthe development of “University-Industry cooperation innovation”. In recent years, the number ofUniversity-Industry cooperation innovation in Jiangsu is more and more bigger, the scale is more andmore larger and the level is more and more higher. However, because of the scarcity of relevantresearch, we still have no ideas with such questions as follow up to now: what is the level of theperformance of University-Industry cooperation innovation in Jiangsu province? What are the mainfactors that influence the University-Industry cooperation innovation performance? Whatcountermeasure and measure should be taken to promote the performance of JiangsuUniversity-Industry cooperation innovation?In this paper, on the basis of fully absorbing and learning from previous related research, we madein-depth study on the Definition, composition and measurement of the University-Industry cooperationinnovation performance and its influence factors. And I designed a vector table with high reliability andvalidity for the variables. In this paper, University-Industry cooperation innovation performance wasdivided into two dimensions, the visible result performance and the growth performance, and theinfluence factors of University-Industry cooperation innovation performance were divided into fourdimensions, the cooperation subject, the organization structure, the organizational environment and thecooperation interaction. Secondly，Through the literature review and theoretical analysis, I proposed thetheoretical model and research hypotheses of this study. Then, take the University-Industry cooperationproject team in Jiangsu Province as the study sample; collect the data by questionnaire, and makeempirical test to the theoretical model and the research hypotheses with the data analysis softwareStatistical Product and Service Solutions(SPSS), The result shows that：the three influence factors,cooperation subject, organization structure and the organizational environment factor significantlyaffected the visible result performance; The organization structure and the organizational environmentfactor significantly affected the growth performance；The cooperation interaction factor plays animportant intermediary role between University-Industry cooperation innovation performance and itsinfluence factors. The results of this research have innovation not only in theory, but also have certainreference value and guiding role to improve the performance of Jiangsu Province University-Industrycooperation innovation.
