Then this paper USES principal component analysis, respectively in 2012, the province’s conditions, the basis of transformation of scientific and technological achievements transfer supporting ability, effects, and overall performance evaluation, in combination with Anhui province especially in nationwide ranking and comparative analysis of Jiangsu and Hubei province, puts forward to promote the performance of transformation of scientific and technological achievements in Anhui province countermeasures.
