Structure And Layout Of Urban And Rural Construction Land Study

With the rapid development of urbanization and industrialization, the land demand is increasing dramatically, which caused the challenge for scarce land resources. Urban and rural construction land is an important part of land use types. The structure and layout of land is whether reasonable, which is crucial to the land sustainable use. At present, construction land use exist several problems, such as the weak of basic theory, inefficient land use, the serious spatial mismatch and so on. These problems have already hindered the further development of social economy. Therefore, studying on the structure and layout of urban and rural construction land is important for theory and practice.This paper is the second national land use planning revision as an opportunity and base on the project of Wuhua land use overall plan in Kunming. The study covers construction land of urban and rural. The main contents include the following aspects.In the first place, the paper study on the following aspects, such as land theories about the structure and layout of urban and rural construction land, factors, status evaluation, the evaluation standards of optimization program. These will provide the basis for studying on the structure and layout of urban and rural construction land status and propose the optimization program.Secondly, it takes Wuhua for example. We use the number index and spatial layout index and qualitative to analyze construction land status, so we can draw the characteristics and problems.In addition, according to the urban and rural construction land status, the paper propose the optimization program for the number of urban and rural construction land, such as the reconstruction of village to improve the land use, in the light of the Wuhua basic data to forecast the level of population and urbanization in planning. Moreover, according to the fixed index method to predict the number of urban and rural residential land and the plan to determine the independent mining land area, these methods to promote land-use structure.What's more, we take some ways to make better for the layout of land use, the paper considers the match different types and compact layout for land to make the optimization standards. Through the above study, the paper proposes the optimization programs for urban land and rural residential land and independent mining land. We take the benefit of assemble and association as evaluation criteria. One more time, we build five major industrial areas to coordinate the development of urban and rural.Finally, we propose some means for optimizing the structure and layout of urban and rural construction land to base on the principle of sustainable land use.
