The Study Of Scientific And Technological Talent Development Approach In Geological Prospecting Bureau Of Shanxi Province

As an energy province,Shanxi Province,it's geological survey business are of great significance to it's economic development and social progress. As one of the largest geological survey team in Shanxi Province,Geological Prospecting Bureau of Shanxi Province shoulder an important responsibility on the revitalization of geological cause of Shanxi Province.To revive the Geology cause of Shanxi Province,it's rely on the scientific and technological talents.The rapid development of geology cause of Shanxi Province has brought a challenge to the development of its scientific and technological personnel.By the way of the questionnaire and forum,this thesis analyses the situation of scientific and technological talents in Geological Prospecting Bureau of Shanxi Province.And based on this,this thesis has studied the scientific and technological talents development approach in Shanxi Bureau of Geology.The following are the main contents of this article:Chapter 1 describes the research background, purpose and current status.Chapter 2 defined the scientific and technological talent and talent development ,and described the human capital theory.Chapter 3 analysed the situation of scientific and technological talents in Geological Prospecting Bureau of Shanxi Province from the personnel structure and Talent hierarchical structure of scientific and technological talent,and summarized the scientific and technical personnel problems and the reasons for these problems.Chapter 4 first proposed the principles of scientific and technological talents development, and then according to these principles designed the model of scientific and technological talents development approach for Shanxi Bureau of Geology from three angles of introduction of talents,use of personnel and training.Finally,it raised some related policies and measures.Chapter 5 summarized the entire thesis.
