In traditional salary system, salary often matches with a person's position in an organization. In other words, the position is higher, the level of salary is higher. However, as the influence of an organization structure gradually become cut down, enterprise position number greatly compression, staff position number and promotion number is quite limited, which makes it hard to effectively play traditional salary system of the incentive effect.Thus transforming traditional salary system which only looks on position promotion incentive mechanism, it is necessary to introduce a new compensation system from that move away from the level limit of a single position. It can combine actual performance, thereby better promote enterprise long‐term development; make it conform to the enterprise organization structure cutting down.Broadband salary system refers to multiple salary grades and salary change range, becoming a new combination that is only have relatively few salary level corresponding changes and wider salary range. Its core philosophy is " performance is more important than position ", it can guide staff pay more attention to improve personal technology ability study and promote the formation of"Study and participating"enterprise culture, while hook employees' salary and performance, effective attraction, motivation and retain talents, make their ability to continuously developed. Normally, broadband salary model suitable for technology and innovative high‐tech innovation enterprise, not suitable for labor‐intensive enterprises.This paper studies the adaptability of the broadband salary and how to apply the design in the enterprise salary system.This thesis focuses on H Company and takes it as the research object. The paper has carried on the thorough discussion to the problems existing in the H company salary system, combining with the present situation and salary strategic, put forward to implementation the necessity and urgency of the broadband salary scheme, and designs a new salary system. The first part of this paper introduced the concept and essential of salary and broadband salary, and the development of the compensation theory, the design process of the compensation system, broadband compensation function and applicable condition and problems in design broadband compensation system that should be paid attention to in the process.The second part, list the currently existing problems of the H company compensation system, analyse these problems and find reasons, and discusses on the applicability of broadband salary in H company.The third part, analyze the thought and principle in the design of the broadband compensation system in H company, mainly design elements, design process and strategy, etc, and design the broadband compensation system for H company.The fourth part, evaluate the broadband compensation scheme in H company, and analyze the advantages and limitations, and analyze the implementation measures.The object of the research is to establish a salary system which suits the company features and is practical.Through this compensation system, can be beneficial to stimulation employees'power, combine with employee and business interests, thereby enhancing enterprise core competitiveness and sustainable development ability, training and retain the efficient high‐energy human resources. The broadband compensation system research also has a guide and reference for domestic similar high‐tech enterprise.
