In the era of developed knowledge economy,Staff are playing the central role in developing the enterprise and create a huge personal value to maintain sustained competitiveness for the enterprise.Therefore,in order to retain these talents,enterprises need to meet the diverse needs of staff,and usually they will express concern for staff in the direct or indirect ways of fulfilling more social responsibility.So this paper aims to study the subjective perception of staff in the enterprise,and reflect staff perception through the investigation of enterprise stakeholders fulfilling their social responsibility responsibility for the situation,then analyze what effect the staff perception of CSR will make on their work performance,so as to bring some reference to the better implementation of human management strategy of most enterprises.Based on the previous basis,the interpretation of the stakeholder theory and social exchange theory mechanism and so on in this study,the individual level for the divergence point,construct a thought on the "staff perception of corporate social responsibility and work engagement and employee performance" as the main frame,in-depth analysis,step by step forward hypothesis and the model,for the later laid a theoretical support.Then,the author discusses the tools of measurement variables,and draws on the development of the scale of authoritative experts,and obtains the final questionnaire after the continuous test.Through a questionnaire survey and a large collection of objects within the specified range,a total of 236 valid sample data were obtained:(1)Staff perception of CSR have a positive effect on work engagement obviously,expecially the CSR for staff and customer;but no the CSR for environment;(2)Work engagement has a positive effect on staff performance obviously;(3)Staff perception of CSR have a positive effect on staff performance significantly;but among which only the CSR for environment has no positive effect to staff performance;(4)Work engagement has a partial mediating effect between staff perception of CSR and staff performance.Through this research,the paper hopes to build the relationship model of SP-CSR,work engagement and staff performance,and explore the Intrinsic mechanism between SP-CSR and staff performance,and promote the enterprise more actively to fulfill corporate social responsibility to staff,and finally put forward some feasible suggestions:Perfect the corporate social responsibility management system,promote the full staff sense of social responsibility;Deepen the discovery of staff's psychological needs,and stimulate employee's work engagement by the way of the behavior of corporate social responsibility;Strengthen the internal and external stakeholders of the social responsibility,and establish a quality benchmarking enterprises.
