Labor relations have become a prominent problem with the deepening of the reform process of China's market economic system. Labor relations as one basic social economic relations of market economy system whether harmony and stability is directly related to the harmonious and stable of economy and social. Therefore, construct a harmonious and stable labor relations has become an important task of the harmonious and stable of China's economic and social. This paper was to research the ideology and practice of labor-management cooperation of the Communist Party of China since founding which based the perspective of construct socialist harmonious labor relations.This paper was guided by the theory of Marxism, analysis historical evolution of our country's labor relations which respectively from four periods: the condition of labor relations before liberation, labor and management win-to–win during 1949-1956, labor relations of socialism public ownership during 1956-1978 and labor relations rapid change and development time since 1978, and summed up basic features of the labor relations between the planned economy system and market economy. Then analyzed labor relation's basic situation and problems and forms, and analysis labor relations problems resulting from labor relations the main factors, policies and legal factors, trade unions factors from the perspective of the system. Subsequent analysis the historical development of labor policy of the Western countries, the main task is to sort out the theoretical context of labor relations, to explore the development of labor relations theory's internal rules and logic clues, then analysis and evaluation some representative country's labor relations practices and adjust the model, and laying the groundwork for deal with the problem of laying the groundwork our country's labor relations.At last, came to the conclusion of building socialism harmonious of labor relations from the thinking of labor-management cooperation of the Communist Party of China. This paper learn from the experience of thinking and practical of the Communist Party of China since founding, illustrate how to construct a socialist harmonious labor relations respectively from these three aspect: the role and responsibility of government, corporate behavior and social responsibility and workers and the behavior of the trade unions, to make some suggestions to the ruling Communist Party of Chins and the People's government went to deal with the tense problem of labor relations and building a new industrial relations in China, which has important theoretical and practical significance to construct China characteristics of socialism and achieve the great rejuvenation of Chinese nation.
