The early 21 st century, After China joined in the WTO.along with the economic development, social progressing, China’s labor relations are generally harmonious and stable, but there are some problems, such as labor dispute cases increasing year after year and so on Therefore, to make coordination of labor relations better and solve the problems of labor relations become urgent.Sweden, as a representative of the European welfare state, its labor relations through the development process by the labor conflict to mutual cooperation. And in the process, Sweden gradually established more suited to their national conditions and characteristics of labor relations coordination mode called Shared labor relations.Initially, poor labor relations in Sweden, serious labor conflicts, through continuous struggle, in order to strengthen their own power,the workers set up trade unions.Then, the Swedish labor law system continues to improve, while the government also introduced a number of labor policy in order to protect the legitimate rights and interests of workers. In the constant struggle of the labor process, and gradually formed a labor-management cooperation, consultation to resolve labor issues,thereby gradually ease labor conflicts, strengthen communication and cooperation between labor and capital.The one high labor negotiation system for cooperation between employers and employees is mainly through the organization between employee formed a high chemical and trade unions and employers will be "centralized" collective bargaining, together with the employee investment funds, so that high negotiated cooperation between employers and employees can be protected.Shared labor relations in Sweden have had a significant impact, first in the labor market, to improve labor labor skills of workers, promote the rational allocation of the labor market, labor personnel; social security, you can protect the basic livelihood of every member while making the education system more perfect; in economic development, is able to mobilize the production enthusiasm, to create astable environment. However, the Swedish labor relations Shared there are some shortcomings in social security, welfare so that the micro-economic lack of vigor, it would also lead to "the Swedish disease" and moral hazard; in active labor market,the government implemented an active labor market policies will increase the government’s financial burden.Through the research on the Swedish labor relations Shared formation and Current Situation, to understand the coordination mode of Sweden shared type of labor relations consists of three parts namely a mixed economic system guarantees high taxes between the government and employers, and employees of the Government high cooperative labor negotiation system for benefits and employment system and between employers and employees, through the sharing of labor relations type of performance analysis, combined with China’s specific national conditions, in order to find a suitable development of labor relations on the road.
