The Investigation About The Current Developmnet Of Labor Services Cooperation Between China And Foreign Countries

The thirty years of labor services cooperation with foreign countries, China is made great achievements, but owing to the constant change of labor services cooperation with domestic and foreign markets and environment, the need to adjust the development strategy of labor services cooperation with foreign countries, and make full use of external factors and opportunities, overcome the problems and internal superiorities of labor services cooperation with foreign countries, in order to further developmentThis article is divided into three chapters. The first chapter focuses on some theoretical research on foreign labor services cooperation, it introduces some relevant concepts, approaches and current situation of research about foreign labor services cooperation. In addition, it concludes the realistic meaning of developing foreign labor services cooperation. In the second chapter, from exterior market to domestic environment, it analyzes the current situation concerning foreign labor services cooperation. In the analysis of international market and environment I first studied the aggregate demand of the international labor market, regional distribution, trade pattern and trend of development. Then I elaborated the development of foreign labor services cooperation in China according to its overall portfolio,market distribution, the pattern in industry, management entities and the construction of labor bases in foreign countries. At last I summed up the main policies in promoting the development of our foreign labor services cooperation.Combining with case studies on Jiangsu, Henan and Shandong provinces, I introduced the experience and measures taken by these provinces, to promote the development of foreign labor services cooperation.The third chapter is mainly about the analysis of the market conditions, the current situation and the existent problems of foreign labor services cooperation in Guangzhou City. First, there is general studies about the basic conditions of foreign labor services cooperation in Guangzhou City as well. Second, from both the subjective and objective aspect, it gives the major causes of constraining the development of foreign labor services cooperation in Guangzhou. And above all, by comparing the relevant data and using the experience from advanced provinces and municipalities and international practice as a reference, I propose the development strategy of foreign labor services cooperation as follows: to strengthen the leadership of the organization and coordination as well as supervision; to reinforce policy support and increase investment; to spare no efforts to develop and expand management entities of foreign labor services cooperation; to perfect the service system for promotion and improve the rights and interests of labor service personnel to protect and promote further foreign labor services cooperation.
