Labor Cooperation Research Between China And Russia

With the deepening of the world economic integration process, the various factors of production like resources, technology and labor in the international market is becoming more and more important, and the labor factor is particularly affected by the country’s pro-gaze, it can not only increase the foreign exchange earnings of labor-exporting countries, but also to meet job requirements of the importing country. With the changing of international geopolitics pattern and the world economy integration trend, China and Russia gradually established a comprehensive strategic partnership of cooperation,and expand cooperation in the fields of politics, economy, culture, military affairs, science and technology. Although the areas of cooperation between China and Russia have expanded, but bilateral labor cooperation is not in high levels, both the output size and quality of labor are difficult to make people satisfied. After the Soviet Union collapsed, Russia’s total population is always at a low scale, serious loss of population, and the development of the Far East, exacerbated by the huge domestic demand for labor. China as its neighbors, have large population, and is currently in the demographic dividend period, have a relatively large number of workforce. But because the job market is saturated, jobs are limited. While changes in the industrial structure also makes the domestic unemployed increased, unable to timely have jobs, so conducted foreign labor cooperation helps reduce domestic unemployment. Based on these factors, China and Russia to carry out labor cooperation will help both countries to resolve internal labor supply and demand problem. Moreover, since Russia became a full member of WTO, and its related trade policies tend to transparent, protected the smooth conduct of bilateral labor cooperation, and will be more conducive to promoting bilateral labor cooperation and continuous development of bilateral economic and trade cooperation, have strong practical significance.This paper from China and Russia’s existing workforce situation to start analysis, progressive analyze the complementary in human resources area between the two countries, and launch that the two countries have condition for labor cooperation. Further analysis of Russia to attract foreign labor, especially in the case of CIS immigrants, take it as a research reference of labor cooperation between China and Russia. Re-analysis of the current status quo bilateral labor cooperation and its constraints. And to study the effects of labor cooperation between China and Russia on bilateral economic and trade cooperation generated by empirical analysis. Then from the three aspects that are Chinese government, intermediary organizations and labor export companies and individuals to give the relevant suggestions, in order to make a modest contribution on labor cooperation between China and Russia.Finally, look through the full text, combined with the foregoing, the prospects for future bilateral labor cooperation were discussed.
