| The Fenglin Pivotal Project is located in downstream of Manjiang power station, above river length 63.1km. The average river gradient is 11.43%%. The area of control drainage is 1094 square meter. The spring of the river basin develops well and there are good vegetation. The project administrative division attach to Manjiang town, Fusong county. The dam is located in the northwest of the Fenglin village, about 1 km away. Fengling power station is composed of Reinforced concrete-faced rockfill dam, diversion tunnel, bank spillway, Power plant and booster stations. This is an Grade three Project, and the design flood standards is 50 years. The check of the flood is a standard for 1,000 years.The total investment is about 30642.08 yuan, which the installed capacity is 32,000 (8,000 4) kilowatts.The project is 10540.82 million kilowatt hours of electricity in design, and 3294 hours using hours a year, which has a total capacity of 3068.34 million cubic meters.The built power plant in FusongJilin Province were run-of-power, and they have no ability to regulate the dry season shortage of electric power consumption, excessive felling of trees caused by soil erosion, flood control, disaster relief, promote local economic development, the construction of Maple Dam Project is very necessary and urgent.The water project management can help to program,organize,and harmonize the required quality, limited time,budget during the full course.The adoption of a reasonable standard project management can avoid deviation from scheduled target.
