B Company is a well-known infant formula company in China.It issued A-shares on Shenzhen exchange in 2011.Its main products are milk powder,infants and young children auxiliary foods,baby foods and baby commodity.With the birth rate of the new population decreasing year by year,the number of new babies will peak in 2016-2020.The infant formula and auxiliary foods Consumption quantity will be in a slow growth process.The product composition of the company must to be changed immediately.China's economy is developing rapidly,But the aging society has arrived ahead of schedule.Consumer perceptions of food consumption have changed and are more concerned with the concept of food health.In response to the national plan for healthy China 2030,after in-depth market research,B Company caters to the healthy dietary needs of consumers and decided to build a new line of grain foods in the idle workshop,and get into the comprehensive health industry.This paper reviews the theoretical knowledge and research methods of project schedule control.Taking project management progress control knowledge system as theoretical basis,The thesis aims at the cereals project,and separates the cereals project into two parts: Including communal facilities and process equipment.Uses project management knowledge to decompose work structure of project,estimates project activity durations,sorting and encoding.uses predecessor method to prepare the network logic diagram,calculates the critical path,work out the project schedule.controls the implementation of the project schedule,makes use of earned value method to analyze project schedule deviation.finds out the difference between actual schedule and schedule,Develops solutions for deviations,Then adjusts the project implementation schedule.Ensures the project was has be carried out according to the target.Avoids the delay of the construction period.Finally,the paper sums up the experience and lessons of progress control of cereal crops project.
