The real estate industry serves as the base and the vehicle for the production, other economic activities and other activities such as science, culture, education and public health. The real estate industry is an indispensible part of the national economy. In recent years, the real estate industry has become one of the most important industries in China's national economy. The healthy and continuous development of the real estate industry is directly related to the healthy development of the national economy. In the 21st century, the development of the era of knowledge economy has raised the requirement of the real estate enterprise. The real estate enterprise needs to have the ability to seize the opportunities in the market. It also needs to have superb capacity to manage its capital and its human resources. Specifically, the profit earned by the real estate enterprise has shifted from the value of the land to the capital of knowledge. In other words, it means that the real estate enterprise has to depend on its capacity of management. Meanwhile, the real estate industry needs enormous investment. It has high risks and it is quite time-consuming and is limited by various kinds of elements. Nowadays, the cost of buying houses increases rapidly in many cities. However, what lies behind this seemingly good prospect is the real problem in the real estate industry. Whether the process of the development of the real estate is regulated or not is very important in the healthy development of the real estate industry. Recently, the disordered process of the development of the real estate is a big obstacle in the way of the continuous development of the real estate industry. Some of the real estate enterprises even don't know the complete process of real estate development. They complain that the process is much too complicated and they also complain that the administrative department is vulnerable to the influence of corruption. The public opinion shows that the administrative department concerning the real estate industry is not well-functioning. It falls far behind the need of the public. Thus, the real estate enterprise needs to respect to the law of the market and the scientific decision making. To strengthen the study of the availability of the object of the development of the real estate industry is very important to the decrease of the risk and it makes sure that the expected profit can be realized. This is very important to the healthy development of the market.This article focuses on the case study of the real estate company named HC in Jilin Province and it systemically investigates the opportunity of investment, the analysis of decision-making, the period of early development, the process of development and construction, the selling process, the process of the period of renting and the related procedures concerning the government. This article starts from the study of the availability of the early period and it illustrates the management of the real estate project from the management of development, quality and cost.There are five chapters in this article. The first chapter provides a general introduction to the whole article. It talks about the aim, the significance, the main content and the basic outline of this research. The second chapter deals with the basic study of the management of the real estate project. It provides the definition of the real estate project and the definition of the management of the real estate project. It also gives a clear picture of the research object, which is the management of the real estate project. This article aims to use the management of the real estate project in a real project, which is the Bo Yuan Community Project. The third chapter is the focus of the whole article. Firstly, it analyses the current condition of the real estate market in the city of Jilin using the theory of real estate market and the theory of prediction. This analysis is based on the economy and the real estate market in the city of Jilin. Secondly, this chapter analyses the economic environment of the real estate market in the city of Jilin and the management of the real estate market in great detail. With the other influential elements of the real estate market in the city of Jilin, this chapter provides a prediction of the prospect and the trend of the real estate market in the city of Jilin. This article uses much first-hand data. Meanwhile, it focuses on the case study of the Bo Yuan Community Project from the aspects of the necessity of the analysis of the project, the analysis and the prediction of the market, the decision making concerning the development of the product, and the economic evaluation. It provides a detailed study of availability in the early period of this project and it points out that the Bo Yuan Community Project is available technically and economically. The fourth chapter mainly deals with the protective measures of the real estate project from three aspects, which are the reinforcement of the management of human resources and the control of finance, the reinforcement of the control of cost and the reinforcement of the ability to control. The fifth chapter is a conclusion which illustrates the significance of the management of the real estate project.
