Research On Integrated Logistics Service Model Of China Railway Express Limited Company

With the development of economic globalization, the businesses needs a higher standard logistics service, and requires logistics activities from raw material supply to product sales, the transportation, storage, packaging, handling, processing, distribution, information and other links should be combined to form a complete supply chain, to provide integrated logistics service for customers.To meet the needs of the market, CRE is transformed to be an international transport enterprise and efficient integration of modern logistics service providers with innovated logistics model, extended service chain, and actively provided end to end logistics service. And as a traditional railway transport enterprise, how to build an integrated logistics service mode for their own development is the most critical problem for CRE.The main purpose of this paper is to find the direction of implementation of integrated logistics service, the paper presents three third-party logistics model based on supply chain strategy and analysis their characteristics through researching on some existing literature about integrated logistics model. Then quantitative analysis three logistic models integrated AHP and fuzzy comprehensive evaluation model combined with the situation of CRE, chooses the most appropriate logistics model for CRE, and propose some recommendations ultimately. Through this study, hope to provide reference for CRE to build their own integrated logistics service model.
