Enterprise Internal Factor Synergy And Innovation Performance

Information Technology has been penetrated into many areas, such as design, manufacturing, sales and logistics, then become an important part of business operating in a competitive environment. But simply IT infrastructure construction and staff recruitment are easily imitated, they cannot bring the enterprise sustainable competitive advantage. So Information Technology is needed to integrate with internal and external resources to form "IT capability". The enterprise also realizes that technological innovation is the driving force of continuous improvement. In the progress of technological innovation, not only the work of the technical elements is important, but also needs to pay attention to the interaction and collaboration with human resource, market sectors and so on. Therefore, we set enterprise interior synergy innovation as the core concept, focus on the nurturing and development of IT capability, improve enterprise innovation performance, thus contributing to enhance the core competitiveness of enterprise.In this paper, we set IT capability, interior synergy innovation and enterprise innovation performance into a unified framework to research. At first we explore the relationship among these elements theoretically. Secondly, we research on the interior synergy innovation of Sichuan Mobile Communication Corporation, give questionnaires to its 7 branches and 11 departments. Through that we get systematically study on the IT capability, interior synergy innovation and enterprise innovation performance of Sichuan Mobile Communication Corporation. At last we elaborate and demonstrate the important theory and practice of the regulating effect of IT capability in enterprise interior synergy innovation.The results show that enterprise interior synergy innovation can improve the innovation performance, and the IT capability is able to strengthen the progress. Focusing on the joint development of technology, marketing, human resource and corporate cultural, and increase the IT capability can bring better innovation performance. Finally, we make recommendations on how to improve the interior synergy innovation and get better innovation performance through IT capability.
