| Regional technological innovation synergy plays an important role to promote regional technological innovation capability. Basing on the theory of regional technological innovation capability evaluation, the paper makes an organically combination between traditional regional technological innovation capability and innovation synergy, which would make the evaluation system more objectively.In China Yangtze River Delta as one of the most developed regions, has become a very important economic growth poles, and is going to become an industrial innovation base. People have focused on how to improve this region's innovation capability. However, there is no comprehensive regional innovation system, and due to various reasons the lack of innovation synergy, resulting in limited resources tend to spread, hindering the spread of technological innovation in an orderly manner. So to build a better evaluation system of regional technological innovation is of practical and theoretical value to help to enrich the regional technology innovation system research, enhance regional innovation capacity, promote regional innovation synergy. Based on the research about regional technological innovation capability, in view of the inadequacy of existing research, we further improve the existing theoretical basis of regional technological innovation capability evaluation, give the concept of regional technological innovation system and capability factors. Then constructed the evaluation system of regional technological innovation, which divided into 5 aspects: innovation environment, creation and obtainment of knowledge, enterprise innovation capability, innovation synergy, and innovation performance. And selected 27 original indexes, which could measure all the 5 aspects, at the same time gave the factor comprehensive evaluation method used for demonstration. We carry out the demonstration on Jiangsu, Zhejiang and Shanghai, collect the three places'data from 2001 to 2006, get the evaluation results by principal component analysis, at last do the comparative analysis of the three regions.The results show that the role of the regional technological innovation has not been fully exploited, innovation synergy capability is an invisible capability, in the future synergies between the innovation membwes will play an increasingly positive role, so it is necessary to pay attention and to enhance innovation synergy capability. |
