The competition in the 21st century is for talented person to any business. The company that the author works in is a foreign enterprise with a history of 6 decades, which made brilliant achievements through several decades of development. We attach great importance to the introduction and training for talented person, especially for new employees, the company has always been to explore a kind of effective training methods with company characteristics.The paper analyzes on data and makes targeted training programme based on researches on training needs and summary of training experiences for new employees; it forms training system, and fills the gaps of training assessment, which uses the methods of Coriolis four, combining the assessment of courses with the assessment of training effects. It made basis for the development of training from now on. At the same time, most of the training contents in the existed HR management writings only give us dircetion on theory, which is weak on actual operation; Although HR manager provides the experiences with reference value, it always has the obvious characteristic of industry and enterprises and is few in the training of foreign trade enterprises.In order to improve the training system for the company and make better application of theory to practice, the author made a lot of researches on training needs and study on the improvement of the training system. Combining theory with practice and organizing a set of scientific, practical, clear training system which is faced to majority of enterprises can make training avoid blind, confusion and narrow and play the role of corporate personnel development.
