The investigation was attempted at Shandong University of the theme on the relationship that exists among employees' skills,knowledge,and attitude,training and development,and employees job performance.The study was to explore in the case of employees skills,knowledge,and attitude and job performance and how is related or dependent on training and development programs with Shandong University-Central Campus as a case study.The method used for the examination was overviewed.Basic data was accumulated from a case of forty(40)representatives.Self-controlled survey was used as a feature of the gathering of data in the investigation.The study revealed that there were legitimate issues,for instance,the nonappearance of authoritative reinforce for training programs,which obliged employees development.It was in like manner found that training had emphatically developed skills,knowledge,and attitude of employees.This research work suggested that in order to get the more efficient result by Shandong University,the higher authorities should give more powers to each department and proper training and development policy must be implemented for more fruitful results inform of building a good relationship between employees.
