Along with the rapidly development of the economy and society, enterprises gradually evolved into competition of human resources, who know well with the knowledge and technology. As an important part of human resources management, staff training plays an important role in the enterprise staff foster, potential development, skills upgrading, etc. And the scientific and effective training system construction is an important guarantee of training employees. By constructing staff training system, enterprises combine its development strategy and employee development goals, and format staff training project and course system in a certain period. Through the training project implementation, realize the human’s talent development model, including cultivate, develop, shape and fulfill. Let the employees realize the value of individual at the same time in promoting the development of enterprises.YNCT Company was established in April2005, which was a modern large state-owned investment enterprise established after the people’s government of Yunnan province approval. With the development in recent years, the company investment area has covered city construction, tourism, real estate, finance, education, medical care and other fields. Company enlargement of scale is badly in need of a group of professional personnel support, and human resource management, especially staff training work is the powerful guarantee to transfer talents for company. However, the YNCT company staff training management is still in the initial stage of exploration, and training contents lack of scientific planning, poor training effect cannot meet the needs of the company’s current rapid expansion. Therefore, the author thinks to build YNCT Company’s training system, and change the company’s training work from traditional training affairs to strategic training system management.This paper is divided into five parts:the first part is the introduction, which introduces the research background, significance, research contents and methods, innovation points and application value; The second part is theoretical overview part, mainly introduces the training concept, content and methods, and staff training process theory; The third part is the present situation analysis, by analyzing training status of YNCT company, puts forward the existing in the training work; The fourth part is the part Suggestions and measures, including ideas and principles, ways and steps, and the operation of organization safeguard measures; The fifth part is the summary section, it makes a summary of the research process and results of this paper, points out the limitations of the study, and puts forward the idea of further research.
