Since the reform and opening up,human resource management has been developing well in China,which has brought great benefits to the enterprises.Training and development,as a part of human resource management module,also plays a great role in promoting the development of enterprises.With the rapid development of science and technology and the surplus of productivity,enterprises are facing the pressure of competition,which makes them have to keep updating and keep learning.At the same time,the post-80 s and post-90 s have also penetrated into various jobs and become the indispensable backbone of the enterprise.The environment they grow up is special,which makes them have different characteristics from those of the 60 s and 70 s.In line with the human resource management concept of "people-oriented",enterprises need to comply with their characteristics and strengthen the guidance of the new generation of employees.In order to improve the ability of employees at the same time develop the enterprise.F company is a high-tech enterprise specializing in 6C industries such as computer,communication,consumer electronics,digital content,auto components,and access.Since it had its first factory in Shenzhen in 1988,it has a history of more than 30 years,occupying an important position in the manufacturing industry.Most of the employees in F company are 19-39 years old.If the company's management is removed,the average age of the company will be younger.These employees account for 93% of the company's total number,so their growth is closely related to the company's development.Influenced by the one-child policy in China,the post-80 s and post-90 s are the only generation of one-child children who are forced to do so.They grew up in a time of abundant materials and developed information.They were "little emperor" and "little princess" held in their hands by their parents and grandparents.In this form,this generation has their common characteristics.They have no worries about food and clothing and have ahigher level of education.So it is more difficult for the company to train them.The traditional classroom teaching training is boring and difficult to attract their attention.In this paper,the author through the theoretical analysis and data research implementation and analysis,combined with the actual situation of F company,optimize the training process,through the training needs,training management,training effectiveness evaluation,training incentive system and training instructor five aspects of analysis,design a suitable training mode for F company.In order to make the company go further,training sustainable employees is the top priority of the training work.
