Entering the 21 st century,the enterprise competition is more and more fierce,how to attract and cultivate excellent talents,is the challenge that every enterprise faces.With the development of economy and the change of concept,human resource management is becoming more and more important in enterprises.Human resource management includes six modules: human resource planning,recruitment,training,performance,salary and labor relations.As one of the modules,training plays an important role in connecting the above with the following.Employee training,as an important means to cultivate employees,improve employee performance and accumulate human capital,is of great significance to enhance the competitiveness of enterprises and reduce costs.In this paper,V clothing company as the research background,to explore the optimization of staff training system program.At present,the competition among clothing companies is very fierce,especially for men's wear.Every year,a large number of clothing companies go bankrupt due to poor performance.As a member of the men's wear industry,V clothing company can still make a profit and survive in the fierce market environment.Therefore,it is urgent to cultivate and build a competitive team and retain excellent talents.This article first introduces the training of related theory,illustrate the importance of training for the enterprise and the significance,from V clothing company present situation of the present situation of human resources and training,to analyze what are the problems the company employee training system and the possible causes of these problems,and finally on the basis of theory,through the questionnaire investigation,interview method,qualitative and quantitative analysis,in view of the problem to develop a optimized scheme of staff training system,as well as to the optimized scheme evaluation,constantly improved.The main conclusion of this paper is that V clothing company improves its training needs,training courses,training instructor team and relevant systems,so as to complete the optimization plan of employee training system.At the same time,it pays attention to the combination of employees' individual,position and strategic requirements of the enterprise.Through training,it not only improves employees' performance,but also increases the competitiveness of the enterprise,so as to achieve a win-win situation between the enterprise and employees and build a harmonious enterprise culture.
