The Research On Development Model And Operation System Of Low-carbon Tourism

Low-carbon tourism as a new concept of the tourism industry, is high-profile and controversial. Low-carbon travel rises in the low-carbon economy times, with attention to climate and environmental issues, by improving and optimizing the travel process to reduce carbon emissions, and ultimately achieves the sustainable development of tourism. This article aims to clarify the concept of low-carbon tourism system, and construct the development model and operation system of Low-carbon Tourism to further promote low-carbon tourism to provide some reference, and ultimately contribute to a low-carbon economy in order to achieve an effective response to climate change and alleviate the political, economic, environmental and other aspects of stress. This paper focus on low-carbon tourism, development mode, mode operation to discuss full-depth. The paper is divided into seven sections.Part I is an introduction, include:Background and significance of the development and research value of the low-carbon tourism are to be described: review on the domestic and international low-carbon tourism research results is analyzed and summarized; research content and methodology, is to describe the research ideas in this paper.Part II is the concept of low-carbon tourism system, including definition of the concept of low-carbon travel, comparing with low-carbon economy and eco-tourism, green tourism, sustainable tourism, to extract the properties of low-carbon tourism; the same time introduces some related concepts to low-carbon travel.Part III analyzes the current situation of development of low-carbon tourism and clear the necessity and feasibility of developing low-carbon tourism.Part IV and Part V, the focus of the paper describes construction and operation of low-carbon model, including patterns of meaning, elements, principles of building, structure, goals, etc.; operation model, operating mechanisms and principles and so on. Part VI is to study on Yesanpo in Hebei, through the analysis of profile and status to discuss the region's construction and operation of the low-carbon tourism model.Part VII is the conclusion and thinking, to summarize the research results, and analyze limitations and shortcomings.
