With the rising importance of private high-tech enterprises in the development of national economy, the need of knowledge workers is more and more urgent. How to promote the loyalty degree of knowledge workers becomes a critical factor for the sustainable development of private high-tech enterprises. As the supplement of economic contract, psychological contract has played a very important role in morale maintenances and loyalty degree promotion for employees.Based on some related theories in Management such as psychological contract, employee's loyalty and applied psychology, this paper abstracts the feature of management in our private high-tech enterprises and states the present condition and problems of their knowledge workers through analysis carrying out comparison on psychological contract with companies which is non-domestic, non-private, non-high-tech as well as employees are not knowledge-based on the basis of theoretical study. Questionnaire survey and empirical study had been also adopted to propose some practical suggestions on the loyalty cultivation of employees based on the psychological contract.The Study show that knowledge worker's psychological contract in private high-tech enterprises has positive correlation with loyalty which has significant relationship with psychological contract of relation-type and growth-type while has no significant correlation with transactional type.The study show that knowledge workers in private high-tech enterprises always with high expectation of psychological contract and low loyalty, they probably shared the same feature that most of them focus on self-improvement and have the desire to involve in the control and interaction of daily management with the expectation of financial return simultaneously. Thus, the author recommends that psychological contract of employees in these companies should be fully realized and correctly guided with efforts to improve their professional ability and implement appropriate motivations through effective communication so as to establish efficient knowledge teams.
