Analysis On Investment Security Of China's Real Estate

With sound and constant development of our country's national economy, real estate sector is witnessing rapid growth and has gradually become one of the pillar industries of national economy. However, due to incompleteness of the real estate market mechanism, misleading effect in real estate investment research and the characteristics of real estate sector in itself such as large investment, long return period, huge benefit etc., in recent years, there are signs of overheated investment in the real estate sector, with bubble economy appearing in some regions, bringing enormous risk losses to real estate investors. Therefore, it is of practical significance to investigate the existing investment risks in real estate sector.This paper first introduces the definitions and theories of real estate investment, probes into the analysis of the current situation of China's real estate investment security problems, Classifies the Real estate investment risk factors; then introduces the methods of real estate investment risk identification and risk assessment, compares their advantages and disadvantages both from theoretical and empirical study; finally according to China's real estate investment safety situation, put forward a series of rationalization proposal for the maintenance of investment security.
