Research On The Strategy And Risk Management Of Power Transmission Construction Using Helicopter

With the construction of large-scale power grid, transmission line corridors have become increasingly tense and transmission lines passing through mountains, forests and lakes are inevitable. Also, the construction of transmission lines must face increasingly higher environmental costs. Based on this reason, the efficient and environmental benefits of the helicopter-construction project have been attracting power companies'attention.But the helicopter-construction projects have characteristics of technical complexity and high investment, with a number of risk factors in approval, implementation and operation of projects. So it is necessary to research the development strategy and risk management of the helicopter-construction project. Based on the investigation of the technical application and development mode on the helicopter-construction projects, leasing and company modes of the helicopter-construction projects are proposed combining with risk management and strategic management theory. And a development strategy is formulated according to the strategic analysis of the project. Risk management of the project is studied from the view of risk of identification, assessment, response and monitoring.A new strategic perspective and a workable risk assessment for the popularization and Application of the helicopter-construction projects are provided in this paper.
