Project Risk Transmission Management With Critical Elements

This paper is part of the achievement of the National Natural Science Foundation of China,named"Generic Project Risk Element Transmission Theory Models and Its Applications"(the No.is 70572090 ).On the bases of above,the paper gets project risk management model and focuses on the Time,Cost,Quality and Safety which are critical risk factors for the objectives in project internal risk management.According to identify the risk elements by Delphi method,quantify the risk elements'influence to project objective by expert scoring method,quantify the data by normalization processing,and,decide which is the best program for action by pessimism principle,there are related message for project management to assist decision-making and management control in order to realize the project objective.
