With the development of technology and the acceleration pace of economic globalization, the environment that construction enterprises confront has changed enormously. And construction enterprises can not participate in the fierce international competition only by their own resources. It is necessary to achieve the goal of responding to market quickly with the help of other enterprises'resources. As a new type of organization, dynamic alliance is being accepted by more and more enterprises. By introducing dynamic alliance to engineering project management, there are new opportunities in the living and development of construction enterprises. The dynamic alliance is constructed to realize the advantage complement and resource share of different enterprises, respond to the market with diversified and individualized demand, and achieve a both-win or many-win condition. The key of successfully establishing dynamic alliance include appropriate partner selection and reasonable benefit allocation, therefore, it is very significant to research on partner selection and benefit allocation of engineering project dynamic alliance. This thesis mainly researches two pivotal aspects in the engineering project dynamic alliance that are partner selection and benefit allocation on the basis of expatiating dynamic alliances' theory. Firstly, this thesis analyses the formation mechanism of engineering project dynamic alliance, finds out the critical success factors and their correlation; secondly, analyses the process of constructing engineering project dynamic alliance, uses the qualitative method and quantitative method to identify the partner core competence, and lays the foundation of partner selection for the leader; thirdly, emphases on how to select partner of engineering project dynamic alliance, builds the evaluation index system of partner, and sets up comprehensive evaluation by using the method combined with analytic hierarchy process, entropy method and grey correlation analysis; finally, discusses the benefit allocation in the dynamic alliance, and designs a two-stage model of benefit allocation in accordance with each partner's investment, risk and practical contribution to alliance. Cases are offered to show how to put the theory in practice and prove the models are scientific and applied.
