The Research And Realization Of Enterprise Dynamic Alliance Partner Selection

Enterprise dynamic alliance is an important means of realize resource complementarity between enterprises and gain the competitive advantage,and the choice of the partner is the key to the success of the alliance.As a largest developing country in this world,compared with other countries,our country have the more opportunities for cooperation between enterprises,and the level of cooperation is also high.Therefore,research the influences factors that affect the life cycle of enterprise dynamic alliance,the enterprise dynamic alliance partner selection system,the partner selection model and method,for improve the success rate of enterprise dynamic alliance,improve the core competence is of great significance.In this paper,we establish the model of selecting index system and the selection index system of the alliance.Secondly,the selection model based on improving grey synthesis is constructed.At the same time,as an example,the enterprise of the car is evaluated.Finally,the Web-based enterprise dynamic alliance partner selection platform is realized by object-oriented language programming.Specific as follows:(1)The study of patner selection index systemConsidering the characteristics of enterprise dynamic alliance partner,on the basis of analyzing the existing partner selection influence factors,combined with the new trend in economic and social development,introducing innovative cooperation and competitive enterprise these two important factors that influence the choice of partner,building partner selection index system,and then according to the different characteristics of the national economy industry specific secondary index system,in the case of industrial manufacturing enterprises,the index system of partner is built.Establishing the index system establish model,select the entropy weight method establishes the weight value of the indexes.(2)An partner selection model is establish based on the improved grey composite correlationAdd time dimension,the original gray absolute correlation degree and the original grey relative relational grade are improved,and the objective weight method CRITIC method is adopted to comprehensive grey correlation model parameter determination method is improved,the improved grey comprehensive correlation model is established,provide new ideas for the research of partner selection.(3)The example analysis of automobile enterprise partner chooseTake the auto industry 2013-2015 statistical yearbook data,using the above model to establish the index system and model of partner choice,and evaluate the partner.By comparing the original grey comprehensive correlation model,the results show that the model of evaluation results have higher resolution,provide reference for the choice of the auto enterprise...
