Sustained growth and stable development, innovation is the enterprise growth, expansion in the process of the core problem. Excellent enterprise, not only need outstanding leaders, self innovation of internal management process, still cannot leave a set of enterprise development strategy based on the performance management system. North China grid Company LTD is a state-owned power enterprises. Due to long-term exposure to under the planning economic system management mode and idea influence, whether in management concept or methods are lags behind the marketization of requirements, there exist various weak links.In this background, this paper mainly studies the company performance management problems, mainly focused on the company's human resources situation and performance management situation analysis the diagnosis. Through collecting the internal material, industrial information, to north China grid company limited thorough understanding, analysis the company establish performance management mode of the process and methods, as well as in the application process in has the actual effect, and found that the company existing performance appraisal lack of strategic guiding, performance appraisal purpose single, the assessment result applied in single, performance management oversight communication and feedback, performance appraisal results uniformly continous too narrow, etc. Combined with the power system reform under the current situation of the development of the company, and development strategy, focus on the management of the company management situation of the company performance management, the main problems in the course of the cause analysis, the results showed that caused the present situation is mainly due to performance evaluation of enterprise managers and employees, inadequate understanding of performance assessment has certain defensiveness, performance management, imperfect system, performance communication way choice is inappropriate wait for a reason. Through the search problem and reason analysis, the author comprehensive modern performance management theory, to determine the solutions to these problems are the ideas and methods, pertinently put forward for this company improving ideas and Suggestions to help enterprises to realize scientific, reasonable and complete performance management.
