The Analysis Of The Impact Of Northeast Eastern Railway And Marine Red Port For Northeast Freight

Northeast has rich mineral, wood, coal resources and it is also the important grain production base in China. The heavy industry, such as steel, energy, chemicals, heavy machinery, automobile, shipbuilding, aircraft, military industry etc, layout in the three provinces in northeast China is also developed well. The rich resources and economic development are all need to have a good transportation network to strengthen logistics link. The slow velocity and the high logistics costs is the problem existing in northeast logistics which has to be solved urgently.The northeastern three provinces like a reversed triangle on maps, the railways between east and west are numerous, but the north-south direction railway line is only the haerbin-dalian line which severely limits the trade among these regions, so this makes railway construction in the northeast appears especially important and urgent. Besides that, the construction of the red sea port will form a good complementary relationship with Dalian port and Yingkou port. Construction of port and railway will allow logistics of the northeast operate smoother. This paper is based on the railways and ports in northeast area. Firstly, establishing the goods transport network in northeast area, through selecting the northeast 9 nodes with three port city to construct OD matrix, then using GIS software to calculate the freight and analyze the shortest path of goods. Secondly, using the data of GDP, foreign trade into the three northeastern provinces, railway freight volume, total exports, the quantitative data operational mileage of northeast China node to forecaste the freight volume from railway to port in the northeastern three provinces. Finally, by using GIS software to calculate freight mileage of each node city, OD matrixes, considering the application of disaggregate model and analysis freight volume of railway and the freight distance.
