Along with the development and intensive competition of society, In order to adapt to the rapid development of global economy, Companies have to change and develop itself quickly. then, work stress widespreads among the work places. China is the second-largest country of work stress after Japan. Since 2008, China began opening up the construction market fully to foreign country. although,national construction companies are fecing to an enormous competitive pressure. Besides,more and more construction companies not only facing the challenges from advanced foreign organizations, also experiencing structure, technological and personnel changes of itself. More and more employees are working under pressure and experience the long-term work stress. However, the vast majority of staff lack of awareness of work stress and science methods of stress management to relieve stress,then staff will fell the more and more the felling of stress. The purpose of this study aboult work stress is to build a native scale for construction enterprises to judge if workers fell job stress based on the theory of work stress theory previously.This study are divided two parts,the first half addressed the theory and the latest research of stress and work stress form other researchers. the second half reported the results of this study. The oocupational stress questionnaire includes three parts:Stressors, Stress symptom and Coping strategy,the amended scale includes 64 items.throuth three times,we analyses the date with SPSS18.0 so that we construct models.The result shows:firstly the internal consistency reliability is very hign,because the chobachαis above 0.65;secondly through the exploratory factor analyses it is remarkable to draw every part correlating with total scale and variance contribution rate of every factor is above 50%.We construct the model with LISREL 8.7, and the result shows that the goodness-of-fits are satified,it proveds that the model is very suitable.
