| This thesis aims to make a scientific and reasonable assessment on the technology innovation efficiency of pharmaceutical manufacturing, and find out the influence factors and the existing problems, and then explore the countermeasures to fundamentally improve the technology innovation efficiency of medicine manufacturing. This article mainly research as the following several aspects:First, about the technology innovation, technological innovation efficiency and its influencing factors ,the related theory, method, and the former dynamic research was summarized, and reviews the existing research achievements of the technology innovation in pharmaceutical manufacturing ,and the put forward the limitations of the existing research.Second, from R&D input intensity, human capital quality, market structure, the ownership structure, three-capital enterprise proportion, government support, industry growth ability of the technological innovation efficiency mechanism were analyzed, from these theory analysis, the paper pointed out seven hypothesis.Third, reference domestic and international technology innovation efficiency evaluation index system and the actual situation of pharmaceutical manufacturing, used SPSS to analyze the correlation degree of the measure indicators, eliminate repeated index, and then established the technology innovation efficiency evaluation index system, to ensure the validity and comparability of the data, for the corresponding indexes used the constant prices for conversion.Fourth, using DEA model and the Malmquist index method, test the technology innovation efficiency of provinces and various sub-industries in pharmaceutical manufacturing from both static and dynamic measurement and evaluation. The static efficiency measurement results show that the medicine manufacturing industry is in small scale, market concentration is low; chemical pharmaceutical manufacturing by the influence of scale efficiency is invalid; by technical efficiency and scale efficiency of common effect the central area in technology is invalid; The dynamic efficiency measurement results show that the technology innovation efficiency in the medicine manufacturing is improved, but the overall level is low; In most parts, the changing index of technological progress is negative, reflecting that the pharmaceutical manufacturing industry is in technical bottleneck, the changing index of the technological advances smaller, and the scale effect not significant restricted the chemical pharmaceutical manufacturing to raise the level of the technological innovation efficiency, the central region technical efficiency and scale efficiency lead its efficiency technological innovation to a loss. Fifth, based on the evaluation of technology efficiency, use econometric method to do empirical study on the main influence factors of pharmaceutical manufacturing technical innovation. The empirical studies show that R&D input intensity has significant positive role in promoting the technology innovation efficiency; the high-tech personal unreasonable allocation and the exorbitant proportion of state-owned enterprises restrict the technology innovation efficiency increasing, foreign-funded enterprises do not pay enough attention to the technological innovation leading to its negative correlation, the influence of market concentration, government support, enterprise growth ability on medicine manufacturing technology innovation efficiency is not significant.To advance our country medicine manufacturing development, this thesis put forward the corresponding policies and suggestions from R&D strength, human resources, scale effect, the ownership structure and industrial structure. |
