Research On The Social Pension Insurance Towards Flexible Employment Group

In view of the labor market in China is facing increasingly severe employment pressure, the Government vigorously promoting flexible forms of employment as an effective way of expanding employment. Existing social insurance system is mainly designed for the traditional formal employment, resulting in most of the flexible employment are excluded from social insurance, especially outside the pension insurance system.This paper focuses on the reasons lead to flexible employment groups in the community for the low proportion of old-age insurance and the solutions, research methods of our country's social pension insurance system to cover most of the flexible employment. This paper related to the theory of flexible employment, describes the basic connotation of flexible employment, through the analysis of the social pension insurance to flexible employment groups from abroad in the development experience, face our country's pension Insurance development of flexible employment groups, analysis of the existing problems and reasons, combined with China's actual situation, explore the establishment of a sound institutional framework and supporting measures, made reference to promote the old-age insurance system in China can be healthy and sustained development.
