With the high-quality development of the economy,the economic model shows the trend of diversification,Under the background of the big data era,the new operating model of the Internet platform has gradually formed.Under the policy of "Internet +","public entrepreneurship and innovation",a large number of platform-flexible employee based on the Internet have emerged.These platform flexible employees have gradually become part of the main body of the market and made important contributions to the development of the market economy.The pension insurance for the flexible employees can eliminate the worries for the aged,promote social equity and maintain social stability.At present,the participation rate of flexible employees with platform flexible employment in pension insurance in Taiyuan is relatively low,and their participation enthusiasm is not very high.In the process of building a well-off society,the participation of flexible platform-type employees is very significant to the development of China's security undertakings.Based on Rawls' theory of justice,Coleman's theory of rational choice and risk theory,this paper takes the platform flexible employees in Taiyuan City of Shanxi Province as the research object,and studies the affect factors of the platform flexible employees' participation in the pension insurance by means of document analysis,questionnaire survey,single factor analysis and regression analysis.Firstly,the pension insurance influencing factors of the platform flexible employees are divided into four categories,which are the individual characteristic index,the expected value characteristic index,the system characteristic index and the subjective cognition characteristic index.Secondly,analyzing data by questionnaire analysis with descriptive statistics,single factor analysis,Logistic regression analysis method,the following conclusions: the current monthly pension,have children or not,pension payment,pay cost level,pay cost class,transfer of pension insurance relationship,the degree of understanding of pension insurance of platform flexible employee,the degree of government's propaganda in the pension insurance of platform flexible employee,the eight factors on ginseng have statistical difference;At present,seven factors,such as monthly salary,pension paid on time and according to the amount,payment level,payment grade,transfer of pension insurance relationship,understanding degree of pension insurance for platform flexible employees,and publicity degree of government on pension insurance for platform flexible employees,are the factors that influence the participation of platform flexible employees.Finally,according to the conclusion of empirical analysis,this paper puts forward the countermeasures and Suggestions to improve the participation rate of pension insurance system for flexible employees from two aspects: the pension insurance system itself and the supporting system.
