In fact, the study of street vendors was no longer a hotspot, but it has been the difficulties to both of academic and social researchers. So far, the relevant state departments for this economic model of regulation and control is still not been enough improvement, so in control of the process, leaving a chaotic feeling for everyone. This is also the root cause of frequent violence. This article is based on the two large economic point to analyze the presence of street vendors and how they become expanded:one is the microscopic analysis on the low-cost incentives, demonstrating the existence of the root of the vendors by supply and demand theory; the other hand is the macro-analysis, mainly for street vendors' employment and stalls located on the impact of the community to analyze. Then, the paper analyzes the problems of the vendors get along with the urban managers by game theory, which is currently the most prominent and difficult to solve. The innovation of this paper is based on field survey of Shenzhen City Xiasha study, and then combines the author's analysis, giving policy recommendations.
