It is the academic and practical significance to strengthen the study of the income distribution in China.The income distribution system be reformed gradually with the Chinese reform and opening-up.We have established the new income distribution system in the economic reform and has gradually broken the equalitarianism situation of the income distribution system in China.The labor is the dominant factor in the income distribution and other production factors participate in the distribution of system according to the contribution of labor, capital, technology, managerial expertise.The first distribution and the redistribution distribution must deal with the relationship between efficiency and fairness and the redistribution distribution must pay more attention to fairness.Meanwhile,when the income of the Chinese residents was improving continuously since the reform,the urban and rural income distribution gap,the industry and regional income distribution gap and the group of the income distribution gap have expanded with the reform of the income distribution system and the reform and opening up in China.There are many factors on the income distribution gap in China,for example,the cause of knowledge level ,the cause of the system,the cause of the institution, the cause of the market and the cause of the individual quality.The influence of the income distribution gap has positive sides and negative sides.This paper study on the problems of the income distribution gap, so the main suggestion should persist in the reform and opening-up and strive to keep our the stability and growth of the economic policy.In order to curb the income distribution gap to expand continually in China,we must finally curb the expanded trend of the income distribution gap within the scope of a reasonable.Therefore, First, we need to continue to deepen the reform of the income distribution system in China; Second, we need to establish and perfect the social security system; Third, we need to strengthen the construction of the legal system; Fourth, we need to strength the effort and the function of the government on economic policy and industrial policy to curb the income distribution gap; Fifth, we need to accelerate the reform of the income distribution of the monopoly industries; Sixth, we need to increase the income of peasants and to curb the gap between the urban and the rural. In order to promote social justice and to build a harmonious socialist society, the achievements of development could be shared among all the people.
