A Study Based On The Mechanism Of Jiyuan City Urbanization

Urbanization is a process that a large population settled in a small area forms a city. The emergence and development of urbanization must have its promoting factors which is called dynamic mechanism of urbanization. Different cities have different dynamic mechanism and the weight of each dynamic mechanism is also different. The dynamical mechanism is the decision force of promoting the urbanization development, so it has become one of the key of study of urbanization that further research of urbanization development of dynamic mechanism to explore a more suitable dynamic mechanism model of the city in oder to guide the urbanization practice.Based on the domestic and foreign urbanization discipline theory results,this article seudies the theoretical and practical applications of urbanization development at present in China and draw the urbanization characteristics of JiYuan on endogenous mechanism. Comparing with the similarities and differences between central and eastern cities in urbanization situation, problems and causes and dynamic factors, and combined with the urbanization development situation of central city----JiYuan., this paper decide to find the optimization model of urban development of JiYuan, and provide theoretical guidance of urbanization for JiYuan and the cities in central China, therefore,to promote the realization of the central region strategy and middle eastern area economy coordinated development. And what is more, to further perfect our country urbanization studies' theoretical system in different area, thus to do a new article for urbanization theory research of our county.This paper can be divided into six parts, the first discusses the origin and the process of urbanization development summarizes the theory of urbanization research at home and abroad, generalizes the main content of this article and research methods, and puts forward the expectations of development of urbanization in our country in the future; Secondly, elaborated the theoretical basises of this paper that contain urbanization meaning, dynamic mechanism of urbanization and its type, lay a foundation theory for later analysis; The third part describes the background of urbanization, the development present situation and problems urbanization in JiYuan, and this paper puts forward the necessity of accelerating urbanization of JiYuan; The fourth part, analyzes the urbanization development present situation, characteristics and promote factors in JiYuan from both inside and outside environment contrast.we got a urbanization power factor. These two aspects including: JiYuan city, suburbs, remote rural urbanization analysis, the comparison of urbanization power and results in JiYuan and eastern city, it is concluded that the main motivation factors is industrialization in JiYuan development, and many secondary dynamic factors are services, dairy farming industry, horticulture and tourism; The fifth part is the analysis of earlier and conclusion sublimate, and points out the unique dynamic mechanism of endogenous in the urbanization of JiYuan,endogenous dynamic mechanism, and subdivided into main dynamic mechanism and many secondary dynamic mechanism, and build models to guide future urbanization development inJiYuan and central cities; Finally, summarizes the research, analyzes deficiencies, and the article needs to be further perfected.
