As material basis of human existence and main place of human production activity, land has played a very important role on human beings survival and development. However, there are several lands relevant characters both in natural environment and social economic such as the large population with limited land of national state, the non-replacement of land, the limitation of land area, the scarcity of land supply, the difficulty of change of land use. All of these states have been obliged Chinese people to think about the importance of land problem. The peninsula blue economic zone was established in official reply of the State Council on January 4,2011 by the country letter [2011] No.1 document "Shandong Peninsula Blue Economic Development Planning", including all the sea area of Shandong province and six cities like Qingdao, Dongying, Yantai, Weifang, Weihai and Rizhao and all land of two coastal counties—Wuli and Zhanhua which belongs to Binzhou City. Because of availability of the research data and scientificity in actual research, in this paper we selected Qingdao, Dongying, Yantai, Weifang, Weihai and Rizhao six cities as our research objects. Started from the concept of land intensive usage, and also combined with land intensive exploitation data of Qingdao, yantai, Weihai, Rizhao, Dongying and Weifang in the year of 2003-2008, we have established the indicator system of urban land intensive use which based on Location Theory, Land Income Fluctuation Rules, Land Rent and Price Theory, Urban Planning Theory and the Sustainable Development Theory. Under the support of SPSS 16 software packages, using Globlal Principle Component Analysis Method, this paper does exact Quantitative and Qualititative Analysis on the states of land intensive utilization regarding the above six cities over the past six years, and also hopes to provide the peninsula blue economic zone a scientific basis for her healthy development and positive policymaking.Through our recent research, in the year of 2003-2008, the land intensive exploitation level of the above six cities is in an upward state and maintains a good momentum. However problems do exist. The rising of land intensive exploitation level usually relys on a high economic input-output and worsening ecological environment to pull urban economic. Considering above existed problems and some others, it is necessary of them to improve their own development plans.
