A Study Of Intensive Use Of Urban Construction Land In Hunan Province

With the quickening of urbanization and industrialized process, the demand for various construction lands is increasing constantly. But, resource environments faced are restrained and strengthened day by day, utilization of Land resources face heavy space and environmental pressure more and more, the imbalance between supply and demand of land is conspicuous day by day, and it has hampered social economy's progress greatly. Only change the extensive develop and management mode of land use, to the direction of intensification utilization progressively, and utilize the land intensively as a long-range objective, could realize the sustainable development of cities and towns and the whole national economy.This thesis uses forefathers' experience for reference, construct the target system of intensive urban construction land use in Hunan Province,on the basis that the data can be obtained within 1998-2007,such as the data of land use,the relevant data of society, economic and so on. Use the analytic approach of the factor to appraise the intensive utilize competence of urban construction land in Hunan Province; Use principal component analysis and data envelopment analysis to appraise the urban construction land intensive utilization efficiency synthetically. On the basis of that, have analyzed the dynamic change of competence and efficiency of the urban construction land in Hunan Province during 1998-2007, meanwhile ,Use software GIS carry on appraisal result for 2007 visual to express, probed into the intensive influence factor that utilizes competence to be low and invalid, and have offered certain basis for improving the current situation.This research indicate that,Among 1998-2007, intensive urban construction land use in Hunan Province, is in low-level wholly and region difference prominent, but it is relatively high-level that intensive utilization efficiency, the two are on the rise generally within 10 years, but the change range is relatively small, basically in a steady state. Known by the relationship between them, for a long time, the intensive use of urban construction land in Hunan Province is in a state of high-efficient but low-level, this is the main form of intensive land use in accelerating one of urbanization process...
